  FURTHER DETAILS

  • Exhibition space is priced as $300 per SQM.

  • The minimum exhibition space that can be reserved is 3m × 3m.

  • Registration fees can be paid 50% before February 25, 2011 and 50% before April 7, 2011; a week prior to the event.

  • All invitation and visa procedures will be carried out by the event organizers in KSA, Arabian Renad for Conferences and exhibitions organization.

  • The deadline for participation including payment of 50% of registration fees and delivery of all necessary requirements for invitation and visa procedures is February 25, 2011.

  • To reserve space in the exhibition, interested parties should fill out the application form and send it back to GMTDC.
